Sugar is getting a lot of press these days. And the news isn’t so sweet…
And it’s not just because sugar is a major culprit of fat loss.
Nope…recent studies are finding that added sugars are wreaking even more havoc on our bodies than we may have realized before.
Many researchers are actually comparing our addiction to sugar to addiction to cocaine because sugar actually triggers the same part of our brain as cocaine does.
Yikes!
