My New Year’s Gift to You

Happy New Year to you!

First off, I want to thank you and let you know how much I appreciate you for being a loyal reader of Body Project for another year. My goal is to continue in 2012 to give you the latest in living the Body Project lifestyle…being healthy, fit, goal-driven, and successful, all while enjoying all the good stuff life has to offer!

Secondly, I know many of you will be setting New Year’s Resolutions to get fitter, healthier, and stronger this year. I would hate to see you become part of the statistic of people who fail to keep up your resolution by March before giving up and falling back into unhealthy habits.
